    Bonjour Olivier,

that's exactly what I did. I'm going to pick up my 'used' 2017 CRF tomorrow, with only 278 km on the clock. There are a few changes that made me thinking about the MD44, such as tachometer, hazard flashers, more power and so on. On the other hand, I prefer the 2013 style which contains more white parts.
But hey, these parts can be changed easily.
My 2014 CRF is now for sale, I guess it won't take long to sell it.

Well, I bought two identical bikes, one with 278 and one with 430 km. The previous owners, father an daughter, sold both bikes at a time.
The normal price for one of these is about 4000 EUR over here as they are still under warranty and as good as new.
I hope that I'll be able to save a few Euros selling the other bike :)
