i originally replaced the clutch because i thought it was slipping, but the clutch just needed stronger springs, the friction pads have about 70-80% life left.

the 38mm TB comes with everything ( all sensors,seals,fuel injector, mounts, screws, etc etc, all PnP). but the 36mm (stock) comes with just the TB.

CRF250l engine (305cc Takegwa big bore kit)------$400usd

please note:
-this engine has the 305cc Takegwa big bore kit installed on it
-about 27,000km on the kit, (rings where replaced exactly 3,000km ago)
-compression is at exactly 178psi (as of 0.01km ago)
-no leaks
-almost no scratches
-no damage on motor at all
-engine has cbr300r clutch springs.
-new cbr300 clutch (3,000km ago)
-engine come with stock header
-head has port polishing done to it (3,000km ago)
-comes with iridium plug (installed 3,000km ago)
-comes with zeta engine plugs
-always used full synthetic Motul 300v 4T
-oil changed every 5,000km on the dot
-stock engine produced 17.5hp and 14ft-lbs (@4200ft), engine now produced 50% more power over stock sitting at 26.5hp and 19ft-lb (@4200ft) so if you live closer to sea level then motor should be producing 30hp+
-only problem with engine is that the counter sprocket shaft has very little left in the splines. so a new 14t sprocket was welded on permanently exactly 3,000km ago.
