Single track is kind of scarce in AZ. Especially in the national forests. I had seen refernce to Fort Valley Trail System in a few locations. I did a little reasrch and decided to take a ride up to Flagstaff and see what it was like. It's a split use trail for motorcycles, mouintain bikers and equestrians.
