The intermediate class had a busy morning in Brno, with Sam Lowes’ fastest time from Friday tumbling down the combined timesheets in the very first minutes of FP3, when Luca Marini rushed to grab the headlines. The Italian enjoyed significant time in the limelight but Lowes eventually got his revenge at the end of the session, when he went quickest by eight hundredths of a second. Marini kept second ahead of another fine performance from Joe Roberts, while Marcel Schrotter and Marco Bezzecchi also joined the top five.
