The R nineT Pure is a classic looking roadster with a less-is-more attitude. It’s a European-made roadster for riders looking for minimalistic fun.

The Pure version of the R nineT uses the same classic BMW Motorrad 1,170cc air/oil-cooled, 4-stroke flat twin engine. Thanks to revised cylinder heads to help the R nineT meet new emissions regulations, the engine now produces 109 horsepower and 86 lb-ft of torque—enough to propel the R nineT Pure to speeds in excess of 125 mph.

Though it’s described as a stripped-down motorcycle, there’s more to the R nineT Pure than a boxer engine and a frame. It boasts some impressive standard equipment such as ABS, ACS (Automatic Stability Control), adjustable rear suspension, LED rear lighting, cast alloy wheels, and a steering damper. And for those who want more, there are plenty of exciting additional options to choose from, such as sporty handlebars, upgraded cylinder head covers, and more.
