2024 Sepang MotoGP Test Day 3 Live Blog: Start Off The Day With A 1’56

It is dry but hazy, and a little cooler here at the Sepang International Circuit for the last day of the MotoGP test. Perfect conditions, and the track is busy with riders chasing a fast time. Jorge Martin has just smashed the lap record with a time of 1’56.854, becoming the first motorcycle racer to drop into the 1’56s. His previous lap was also under the lap record set yesterday, with a 1’57.099. That was immediately bested by Pecco Bagnaia, with a time of 1’56.682. You suspect there is much more to come.
